- Billing & Transaction Details: Payment subscriptions and setup transactions processed securely through our authorized payment partner, Paystack. Monolith does not store raw credit card credentials on our servers.
- Client Content & Assets: Copy, logos, imagery, branding materials, CRM contacts, and operational workflow credentials provided to construct custom client deliverables.
- Technical Telemetry: Anonymized server logs, browser user-agent, IP addresses, and performance analytics to ensure website uptime and security.
3. How We Use Information
We process data strictly to provide and maintain our engineering services, including:
- Diagnosing business workflows and building custom websites, CRM pipelines, and automations.
- Processing recurring plan subscriptions, billing, and invoicing.
- Communicating project updates, technical maintenance alerts, and support requests.
- Enforcing security, fraud prevention, and service availability.

We partner with reputable infrastructure and payment providers to deliver our services:
- Payment Processing: Paystack (PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway).
- Hosting & Cloud Infrastructure: Vercel and Supabase (encrypted database and serverless hosting).
- Communications: WhatsApp Business / Meta API for intake and real-time support.

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical security safeguards (including HTTPS/TLS encryption and strict role-based access controls). We retain client project information for the duration of the active subscription and a reasonable period thereafter for administrative, accounting, or contractual resolution purposes.
